Frances is an established real estate specialist and a local resident since 1999. Frances has a wealth of local knowledge and a large network of contacts. Her background in Senior Executive roles within the Finance and Property industries provides a valuable skill set to First National. As a multi-property owner herself, Frances offers her clients a wealth of knowledge about the complexities of property ownership and management.
Frances takes an active role in the local community, and provides fundraising assistance for numerous organisations including St Agnes Catholic Primary School, and Holland Park Mt Gravatt Parish. Frances is currently completing her MBA, and has numerous diplomas in Business, Finance, Financial Planning, and Securitisation.
Having a successful background in the international tourism and education industry, Daniel has developed great skills and knowledge in sales, marketing and customer service, as well as established an extended network in both local and Asian migrant communities. Combined with his fluency in both English and Mandarin, and his multicultural skills, Daniel is able to effectively communicate with buyers from different backgrounds and utilise up-to-date marketing tools and technologies to help his clients achieve outstanding results.
Daniel started his real estate career in 2014 focusing on selling projects, he is very well connected with developers and the Chinese community. Daniel Joined First National Real Estate Mt Gravatt/ Rochedale as a business partner and fully licensed agent in 2016. “It was not a hard decision for me to join the First National family as we all have the same value, that is, ‘we put you first’. When clients chose us to represent them to sell their most important asset and family home full of memories, they know that we always put ourselves in their shoes”, Daniel says.

Karen Muller holds the position of Assistant to Richard Falwasser. She absoultely loves the real estate industry and has recently arrived back from the USA where she spent two years with top international real estate agency Keller Williams, Greater North East, Ohio. Karen held a similar role there working as a Client Care Manager to one of Keller Williams’ top real estate teams.
Karen has lived locally for many years and is delighted to be back working in the real estate industry for First National Real Estate Rochedale/Mt Gravatt.

Kathryn has over 6 years property management experience and a further 8 years in office administration. She is dedicated to caring for her owners’ investments and focuses on obtaining positive outcomes for both landlords and tenants.
Four years of professional experience in interior design and decorating has bestowed Katherine with a careful eye for detail when conducting routine, entry and exit inspections. Katherine is a great communicator and feels that one of the most important aspects of her work is to provide landlords with regular and comprehensive communication.
Janina Graham epitomises integrity, drive, hard work and professionalism in all areas of her work. She joined our team a 5 years ago as a Property Manager, and returned after having her child. She is now specialising in the pivotal role of Leasing Officer, which involves showing properties to prospective tenants, evaluating tenant applications, tenant sign-ups, and lease renewals. Janina is a thorough professional at her job, is proactive, and is committed to marry the best possible tenants to our owners’ properties in the shortest possible timeframe.
Office Manager - Rochedale Office
Teresa has worked for First National Rochedale for 14 years. She commenced as Property Manager in 2003, then after six years was promoted to Administration & Trust Account Manager. More recently Teresa was promoted to Office Manager, overseeing training, procedures, best practice, and administration.
Teresa has an enviable all-round knowledge of Property Management and understands the needs and concerns of both landlords and tenants. She has lived in the local area for many years and is an owner of a rental property herself. This affords Teresa an even greater understanding of the service that landlords are looking for from their property managers.
Teresa is somewhat of a perfectionist, and his highly motivated toward our landlords experiencing top-notch property management service.
Ronelle has worked in real estate for over 4 years, and specialises in property management. Ronelle’s best attribute is her commitment to timely and professional communication with her landlords and tenants. A natural problem solver, Ronelle has a pleasant disposition, and easily diffuses challenging situations.
